Shipping

All orders placed will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package's.  Bees & Wax Candle co. is not responsible for any lost packages.

Please double check your delivery address when imputing into the system. Bees & Wax Candle co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, Bess & Wax Candle co. is not responsible for any shipping charges. We will be happy to ship your package back to an alternative address, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Please double check your shopping cart before placing your order. Bees & Wax Candle co. is not responsible for orders placed wrongly by the consumer. 

 If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at info@beesandwaxcandleco.com so we can adjust it before shipping out your order!

 

Returns/Exchanges Policy


Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it.  You will be given an option to exchange your product or receive a refund.  All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@beesandwaxcandleco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once you receive confirmation of your return, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

 Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It's strongly recommended that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@beesandwaxcandleco.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take care in packaging all products before they are shipped. Products are packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. With this, damages can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@beesandwaxcandleco.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will ensure that all damage products are replaced.
